CPR/AED
Our adult and pediatric CPR/AED course is designed to teach and train you on the basics of CPR and AED use in case of an emergency.
First Aid
Become trained and act with confidence with this course designed by American Red Cross.
Stop the Bleed
Be prepared to assess and deal with injuries, especially excess bleeding. Learn bleeding control techniques, including tourniquets.

Health Care Professionals
We offer Basic Life Support (BLS) classes for health care professionals. Our American Heart Association (AHA) Certification course is a requirement for most nursing students, nurses, certified nursing assistants, and foster parents.
Re-certification also available. Check with your school or employer to verify their requirements. We book group or individual classes that are convenient for you. If your current certification is about to expire, give us a call for expedited class times so we can you get you re-certified right away.

Programs
In the event of an emergency, such as a cardiac arrest, everyone should know the life saving skills of CPR and how to use an AED.
You never know when you will be called upon to save a life. If you are not a health care professional, pick one of our Health and Safety (HSI) CPR classes. You will get hands on practice with a CPR dummy and an AED. You will learn how to save someone from choking. You will learn the signs and symptoms of cardiac arrest and stroke.
You can add First Aid to any class where you will learn how to stop bleeding, how to apply a tourniquet, and how to respond to catastrophic injuries. These classes are engaging and non-threatening that can be brought to your workplace, school or any other location. Lets get you signed up!
