This class is for anyone needing a CPR and First Aid training certificate. From work requirement like OSHA or any other work related options. Great for childcare professionals, teachers and coaches. Or, if you just need to be certified to be ready for any life threatening emergency, we are here to teach you. We offer the real life experience of your instructor, as she is a retired first responder with 25 years of experience. You never know when you will be faced with an emergency! Cardiac arrest and heart attacks can take a life in an instant. Having friends, family and strangers trained and ready to act quickly and appropriately saves lives. Choking emergency can happen to anyone. You will learn how to respond in many different emergency situations with the skills you need to be confident and proficient.
